Every way to put Skull Cup on a character. No event grants it at all, so it comes from character setup, the childhood roll or inheritance. See Skull Cup for what it does, all traits.
Who can get it
If the character fails any of these, the option that would grant it does not appear.
- requires EMPIRES_OF_THE_INDUS
Born with it
- Rolled for tribal characters
Children can also inherit it, as described on Trait Inheritance.
